A hit-and-run truck driver killed many students near the Grammar School bus stop on Ogunusi Road in Lagos State.
On the other hand, the students were walking home after school had ended and wanted to cross the street when the truck ran them down.
The motorist was allegedly pursued to Ogba, where he was apprehended.
“I’ve never seen anything that horrific in my life.” I counted about 15 students who were motionless on the floor. “It happened around 2 p.m.,” a commercial motorcyclist told our reporter.
Finally, as a result of the event, a riot has erupted, with police using tear gas canisters to disperse the mob.
